Hands down the best women to work with- buying or selling! Kasey and Susan are incredibly attentive, quick to respond with any questions or concerns you have, diligent, great guidance (coming from their years of experience), and the friendliest. They give realistic advice and feedback, and aren’t just trying to make a sell. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Susan is an absolute pro in the real estate business. She helped us sell our old home and buy a new one several years ago and it could not have been a better experience. She is a wealth of knowledge and has the patience of a saint. My dad recently decided to relocate to Monroe and she was the first person I called and she didn't let us down. Susan is the best! We called Susan to discuss listing our house and she explained everything they would do to help sell it. They aggressively marketed our property and within two weeks of signing with Susan, we had over three offers. We sold our house for more than we were asking because of Susan's marketing and promotion. She worked with us in finding a new home and without complaint, helped us look at 15 or 20 homes before we found the one. We were becoming a bit frustrated because we were running out of time to find a home, but Susan kept calm, guided us, and kept telling us that everything was going to work out - and it did! Our experience with Kalen Vanderhorst and The Prince Group was wonderful. I could not have been more happy with how she journeyed with us in the purchase of our new home. Every phone call we made to her was responded to within minutes. If she did not know the answer to our question, she found out the answer and got back to us in a timely fashion. She was a true advocate for us with the seller's realtor. She initiated contact with us when we needed to be updated on the progress of the purchase. She tried to anticipate any issues we would face and address them before they would arise, always keeping us ahead of the game. At closing she surprised us with small tokens of her appreciation for serving as our realtor and not only my wife and me but for our two daughters as well which was indicative of how she always went "above and beyond" throughout the process. Susan was so great! She not only helped us find a home that we loved she fought for us! She was patient with us and was always quick to keep us in the loop with new details. Susan also helped us sell our house. She helped us set the price and because of her hard work we sold our house quickly and had multiple offers! Kasey & Susan were both wonderful. They both helped me buy my first home. Kasey was always ready to meet me to show me houses when I choose ones I was interested in. If Kasey was out of town for conferences Susan stepped in and was there to help. With the whole process of putting in a offer and making sure things were in on a timely manner. Kasey would also point out the perks of a home and the disadvantages to help me with my choice. She is very honest and dependable realtor.

Kasey was very helpful in the sell of the home. She was always careful to give feedback and make good suggestions to aid in the sell. She is also a good listener and has an open mind to the comments of her clients. Beside all of that, she has a great personality and presents herself well.

Kasey was so patient. Waiting from July until Feb. closing. Wasn’t her fault. When she was finally able to go live, it sold in 2 days. Cash offer over asking. She is great to work with! I would highly recommend her!

Kasey sold our house within 24 hours after another realtor had it on the market for 3 months. She is fantastic. And she's not only a realtor but a taxi driver, locksmith and road side assistant provider. Let's just say we had a couple of mishaps on closing day but Kasey took care of it all for us and we closed on time! Oh and she also found us the perfect home we were looking for. Above and beyond what your typical idea of a realtor should be. Kasey and her team literally did everything possible to get the most money for the price of our sale home. And at the same time our buying agent, Kalen, found us our dream home to buy. Kalen had the foresight to tell us to write a letter to the seller about why we wanted their home. Another offer came on the table the same time our was in and our letter is what made the seller go with our offer! Selling our home took a lot of work because the people trying to buy our home kept having delays in financing, Kasey worked with our buyer tirelessly to make the sale happen. At closing she was there to make sure all the paperwork and signing went according to plan. Kasey was our advocate and made the whole process less stressful because we were confident in her abilities to represent us. Selling and buying a home is difficult, there are so many steps in the process, and The Prince Group made the process so much easier. Kalen and The Prince Group went above and beyond ensuring that us, as first time home buyers, found the perfect house within our budget. We were new to Athens area and completely unfamiliar with the surroundings and she assisted in acquainting us with the area. We also began the house hunting journey before moving to town and Kalen visited a few homes and took videos prior to our arrival to help make the process smoother.
